🔹 Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online at Hooksbay.com. Once your items are in the cart, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete payment and confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other secure payment options via Shopify Payments.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order may have already entered processing. To request a change or cancellation, email us at help@hooksbay.com.


🔹 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

What are your delivery options and prices?

  • Standard Delivery: Free (2 to 4 business days)

  • Express Delivery: £10.00 (1 to 3 business days) via FedEx

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Who is your shipping carrier?
We use FedEx for both standard and express deliveries.


🔹 Tracking Your Order

How do I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our [Track Your Order] page to check delivery status.

What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
Please check your surroundings, mailbox, neighbors, and confirm the address. If still unresolved, email us with your order number and tracking link so we can assist.


🔹 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Returns are free.

How do I start a return?
Email us at help@hooksbay.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if needed (e.g., damaged item). We’ll send you a prepaid return label if eligible.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. It may take 5–10 working days to appear on your bank statement.

Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes. If an item is out of stock, we usually restock it unless it's discontinued. You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
